Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about AutomateX engine architecture, security safeguards, workflow triggers, and plan quotas.

AutomateX is a unified web-based automation platform designed to schedule social-media content across authorized networks, monitor website uptime, aggregate verified analytics reports, and orchestrate recurring scheduled workflows in a single control center.

No. AutomateX connects strictly via authorized, official developer APIs and complies with all platform terms of service. We do not provide, automate, or support artificial views, likes, follower bots, or simulated public engagement. Our platform is exclusively for legitimate content workflow management and authorized analytics.

Yes. The web platform is architected with standardized API endpoints designed to power future companion clients for Android and iOS, allowing users to review uptime incidents, track scheduled publishing queues, and manage tasks from their mobile devices.

AutomateX conducts automated synthetic HTTP/HTTPS health checks against your target website endpoints at configured cadences (1m, 5m, 15m). It verifies HTTP response codes (e.g. 200 OK), records roundtrip latency, checks SSL certificate expiry, and alerts your team via Slack or webhooks if an outage is detected.

You can trigger tasks using distributed cron schedules (e.g. daily at 9 AM, weekly, or every 5 minutes), specific scheduled calendar timestamps for social publishing, incoming HMAC-secured HTTP webhooks, or manual "Run Now" triggers from the dashboard.

All third-party OAuth access tokens and API secrets are stored using AES-256 encryption. Tokens are only accessed when executing authorized dispatches against official platform endpoints.

AutomateX supports official integrations with Meta (Instagram & Facebook Graph API), LinkedIn Developer API, Google Analytics 4, X Developer API, Slack alerts, Discord webhooks, and custom HTTP REST webhooks.

No. AutomateX is operating in an interactive frontend evaluation preview. The pricing tiers, quotas, and invoices displayed in the console are proposed models for demonstration. No payments or credit cards are processed at this stage.

Each time a scheduled task runs—whether publishing a social update, executing a synthetic uptime probe, or aggregating an analytics summary—it counts as 1 task execution toward your cycle quota.
